CNN) -- An 11-year-old California girl snatched from the street in front of her house in 1991 had two children with the man accused of taking her and was forced along with the children to live in backyard sheds, police said Thursday.

"From what they have both said, he fathered both of those children with Jaycee [Dugard]," El Dorado County Undersheriff Fred Kollar told reporters.

The girls, now 11 and 15, had been living with their mother, now 29, in a series of sheds behind Garrido's house in Antioch, California, until they were discovered on Wednesday, Kollar said.

"None of the children had ever gone to school, they had never been to a doctor, they were kept in complete isolation in this compound, if you will, at the rear of the house," he said. "They were born there."

He is 65 years old and was born in Puerto Rico. He was arrested on May 15, 2003, and charged with two counts of sexual battery after a relative reported he had been molesting her for "approximately five years," according to the court file. He had digitally penetrated her vagina at first when she was around nine years old. When she was thirteen years old, three weeks before she finally turned him in, He attempted to rape her. Designated a sexual predator, he spent only a year in prison followed by probation.

I want give his real identity in order to protect the victim. He is listed as "transient" living in Miami Florida. He was one of the first sexual predators to be placed under the Julia Tuttle Bridge in Miami.

This is the kind of predator that needs to be "monitored" 24 hours per day! We often hear the sex offender advocacy groups like SOSEN and Mary Duval "defending" predators like this man, trying their darnest to have the Miami 2,500 ft restriction law overturned. These activists tell us these offenders are "harmless" and deserve a SECOND chance...why, so they can molest and rape again?

Gregg, who was convicted in 1990 of child molestation, claims he "accidentally" exposed himself to a child on a playground when he stepped out of his shower and peered through a sliding glass door while still nude. In another version he states that a child was looking into his window and saw him nude. He states that he neither knew the child, nor touched them, but that he was convicted of molestation anyway because the child ran home and told a parent. He fails to mention that he was masturbating in the presence of a child "with the intent to satisfy and arouse" his sexual desires. Gregg also states that he was molested by his brother when he was 8 or 9 years old. He remains single and states that he trusts no one, and that as a result of his mistrust, he has never had a meaningful romantic relationship. He is an unemployed programmer and has stated that he is nearing homelessness due to his inability to hold a job because of his sex offender status. He shows no care or concern for his victim, but rather presents himself as being a victim of registration laws and requirements.

Promoting the belief that sex offender registries should be abolished, Gregg often blogs about his views that all registered sex offenders are being discriminated against. He has stated that sex offender registries cause discrimination against the families and children of registered offenders, by denying them employment, housing and schooling, in addition to making them social outcasts. Active on several sites which promote sex offender registration activism, he also claims that approximately 90% of the offenders listed on sex offender registries are not sexual predators or pedophiles. As of Thursday, Griffin was in Martin County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.

This the fourth time this "MSLGWCEO" Herald forum member has revealed "personal identification" information. I have flagged each of his abusive comments. After his second offense, I asked whomever monitors the Herald comments, to ban him from posting. This request was ignored. I would suggest something be done about this ongoing abuse because I have made screen shots of these comments and if it continues on, I will take legal action and sue. I bet Mr Book knows of some local attorney who will represent me!

Despite the heavy criticism regarding these bridge dwelling sex offenders, you might want to read the open letter I penned to Mr Book at my blog (see link below). It reveals all the secret schemes these sex offender advocates have plotted and their connections to pedophile organizations, Like NAMBLA. They, like MSLGWCEO, are "pedophile apologists"! I know who this MSLGWCEO person is, where he lives etc but you don't see me posting his personal identification etc. He is a person who when confronted with the truth, Deflects and insults because he refuses to be "truthful" or stick to the facts!

I believe Ron Book has changed his opinions re sex offenders/predators. If any of you read the Newsweek article where Book was interviewed, I think you will see where his own daughter Lauren had "other" views re sex offenders. I guess her father listened and now he is diligently working to relocate these bridge offenders but is being met with much resistance, both by these so called sex offender activists (who refuse to encourage these offenders to relocate) and by the bridge dwellers themselves.

These sex offender advocates/activists seem to care more about the ACLU lawsuit than finding these offenders better living conditions. Never do we see these activists saying how dangerous some of these bridge sex offenders are, having committed serious sex crimes against defenseless children, Rather they concentrate mainly on offenders being forced to live under a "bridge", No "empathy" for the victims whatsoever!

I am a FL registered sex offender who resides in NW Florida and I am well aware of how hard it is to be a sex offender living in Florida. I have NOT re committed another sex crime. I run a successful business and would not have such if I had the "woe is me the sex offender" attitude. I worked hard to get where I am today!

At the Julia Tuttle camp, the sex offenders begin trickling in around dusk. It is a squalid and dreary place. Thats A LOT of trash! Why hasn't anyone reported this health epidemic to the local Health Dept? I'm surprised that no one made that call yet. Here is a great idea...File a formal complaint with the Health Dept. They will investigate and order the encampment shut down as a serious health hazard. I'm sure the offenders will be given time to relocate/move out. Then when Mr Book at the Homeless Trust offers them housing, These offenders will take it! Problem solved. Now, who wants to contact the Health Dept? Okay, I'll do it. Gee-sh!

I have heard already that the knives are being sharpen, ready to try and do "tsand" in. The SO activists are pissed off bout my open letter to Ron Book yesterday. They blame "me" for everything! Tsand the troublemaker, always stirring up trouble but at least I can say I dont hang around with or support pedophile groups like the RSOL & NAMBLA. Well…..it’s been several hours since the above post and Cheryl and Linda have once again helped to put an end to the trash talk that PJ/AZ and TSAND has done.

HOWEVER>…….there is now a SOSEN bounty on TSAND'S head. Seriously, I am sorry that need to be this way but, TSAND/BCU/MYDOGSPOT/TOESINTHESAND/TOESINTHEMUD….had popped his cork and is a VERY DANGEROUS person. Extremely unstable!!

I just finished listening to the Americans Reality Check radio program where you were recently a guest on 7/2/09. I found you to be extremely informative and well balanced regarding the Julia Tuttle Bridge situation involving the sex offenders living under this bridge. I do not blame YOU in any way because I do not believe you are responsible for these offenders being placed to live under the bridge. I agree that the FDOC/Governor Crist, are mainly to blame and also these sex offenders, Whom had they not violated these criminal laws, Would not in fact be registered sex offenders. They made a choice to molest their victims regardless of the consequences.

I appreciate the fact that the Homeless Trust is diligently trying to find these offenders better living conditions. I hear you recently found "8" new locations but are being met with resistance by these offenders and even those offenders who own vehicles and could travel further distances to relocate. I really see no real legit reason why an offender would want to refuse better housing that would move them out from a dreadful life under a bridge! It really is senseless to refuse. Maybe they have a trust issue with you or the Homeless Trust, but I think the problem goes much deeper and is one that you are not aware of, that in fact, These bridge sex offenders are being used as "pawns" to achieve another goal-trying to overturn the Florida residency restriction laws.

It is my firm belief that the sex offender advocacy/activist group called SOSEN (Sex Offender Support & Education Network) are the main force behind this scheme. "Mary Duval" is the SOSEN COO, to whom you know and have spoken with before. Are you aware that SOSEN and most of its members support abolishing ALL sex offender laws/restrictions? Are you aware of a activist group called RSOL/Reform Sex Offender Laws? Are you aware that the RSOL has connections to a pro pedophile group called NAMBLA/North American Man-Boy Love Association? Are you aware that Mary and other SOSEN members have signed the RSOL PETITION seeking to abolish these restrictions? Are you aware that pro pedo NAMBLA members have signed said petition? Are you aware that SOSEN has long been accused of coddling (pooling resources) with these pedophiles? They deny it but why are they aligning themselves with known pedophiles? Are you aware that these pedo's are members at such pro pedo groups like "boychat & girlchat? I think you are not aware because people like Mary Duval have duped you into believing they really give a shit about protecting the children whereas they do not!

If you dig through and read my blog, you will see I strongly OPPOSE these sex offender/activists aligning with the RSOL which has strong connections to NAMBLA.

I was once a SOSEN member but they kicked me because I oppose working with known pedophiles. I am also a registered Florida sex offender arrested in 1989, Convicted in 1993. I have NOT recommitted another sex crime since. I spent over (5) years in private therapy at my expense and I can attest that SO therapy does in fact work if the offender is willing to change. I was willing and realized I had a serious problem that I could not overcome alone.

As a Florida sex offender, I find the SO residency laws to be ineffective. I am a firm believer in the original intent of what Megan's Law was designed for, To have a registry of the worse of the worse sex offenders/predators. I thinking lumping ALL sex offenders under a SO registry, is destructive and again, ineffective. I believe Florida needs a tier assessment rating in order to better protect defenseless victims. I don't think all offenders qualify as a direct threat to society or deserve to be placed on a SO registry for "life". I think that the Florida Government dropped the ball long ago and have used sex offenders as pawns in order to get re elected. I agree with your opinions that these laws must benefit defenseless children first and foremost. I do believe the bridge offenders are more likely to re offend mainly due to the stress and hardships of living in such dreadful conditions. I think they should be moved out immediately into a stable environment. I think Charlie Crist needs to get off his fucking ass and act NOW! I realize you cannot force these offenders to move and I hope you keep trying but I think it is futile in the long run they will not willingly move out. Mary Duval is the bridge dwellers official "spokesperson" and maybe you could ask her WHY she isn't encouraging these offenders to relocate? I'd sure like to know!


If you read the comments being posted at the Miami Herald newspaper website (see link below), you will read where these SO advocates are casting all the blame upon your head. You are the "scape goat" who is to blame for these bridge dwellers! I disagree because these offenders freely chose to commit these illegal crimes. I have posted numerous comments at the Miami herald under the name of this blog as well.


Again, I wanted to make you aware of SOSEN's connections with the RSOL & NAMBLA and to make you aware that you are being used as a "pawn" in order to achieve their dangerous goals of trying to overturn SO residency laws that will in fact, only hurt more children in the long run! Read the RSOL Petition and research who the "signers" are.

Sorry but you cant have it both ways! You deliberately posted MY photo on your blog FIRST and now your upset because I did what you did? Get a life. Be sure and tell the Sheriff what you posted first-my photo w/an attacking link and based on that, you have no legal grounds to file ANY legal complaint period. You cannot harass others and then expect to have any legal defense when harassed back. If you would of asked nicely, I would of removed the photo but I am not impressed by psycho comments and threats ordering me otherwise! In case you didn't know, the Sheriff's Office is open on the weekends too. But wait, I'm in a nice mood this fine beautiful Florida morning, So here is a counter proposal, Go post in the same area you posted my photo on your blog and post in big red letters a humble apology admitting you were wrong to behave like a vigilante cultist and promise to never do it again and I'll be glad to remove the photo in question.
